Alice’s Lake House is a beautiful home located on the shores of Canadarago Lake, it is ideal for Cooperstown Dreams Park families and is a great rental for your family vacation(s).

Just a 20 minute drive to Cooperstown Dreams Park and about a 5 minute drive to Richfield Springs where you will find a supermarket, antique stores, restaurants, and a Subway sandwich shop, there is also a convenience store/gas station about one mile down the road.

Alice’s Lake House offers 3 bedrooms that can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people, a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room and a dinning room that overlooks the lake through picture windors.

There is a large back yard with about 85 feet of water front property for your enjoyment.

Have dinner or relax on the large patio and take in the stunning lake views.

Fishing, swimming and boating are all available for your pleasure, although we request that you wear water shoes or sneakers while swimming in the lake.

If you have a boat, bring it with you, there is a dock for your utilization.
